Points System

About the points system
You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen you spend on products at the ZHYVAGO online store.
・Points will be awarded to all members who have registered for use.
・100 yen (excluding tax) = 6 points (applies to all products)
・Points can be used from 100 points.
・It will reset to 0 one year after your last acquisition.

How to use points : When purchasing, press the "Use points" button on the product details screen and add the item to your cart.
・You can check your remaining points by logging in to "My Page".

Points to note regarding the point system : Points cannot be added retroactively.
・If you make a purchase without registering as a member, points will not be awarded and they cannot be awarded later.
・We cannot accept changes or cancellations after points have been exchanged. Please note that we cannot refund points.
