If you have not yet registered as a member, you can purchase products after registering. To register as a member, please enter the necessary information for purchase, such as your name, address, and phone number, on the member registration page. From next time onwards, you will be able to make purchases smoothly.
-How to order-
[STEP 1] Purchase procedure
Once you have confirmed the items in your cart, click the "Checkout" button. If you wish to purchase multiple items, click the "Continue Shopping" button.
[STEP 2] Log in
You will need to log in, so if you are not yet a registered member, click the "Purchase after registering" button on the right. If you are already a registered member, enter your email address and password and click the "Login" button.
[STEP 3] Delivery address
On the delivery address screen, enter the delivery address information. Finally, click the "Next" button.
-Payment Method-
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, PayPay, and convenience store payment (FamilyMart/Lawson/Ministop/Daily Yamazaki/Seven-Eleven). For credit card payments, you can choose between the convenient "revolving payment" and "one-time payment" options, depending on your convenience. *Please note that "revolving payment" may not be available depending on the contract between you and the card company.
If you choose bank transfer, please transfer the amount directly to the specified account within 4 days of placing your order. Once we have confirmed the transfer, we will confirm your order and prepare for shipping. *If we are unable to confirm the transfer within 4 days of placing your order, we will cancel your order.
If you pay at a convenience store, the payment deadline is [6 days from the day after you place your order until 23:59].
(Example) If you purchase at 10:00 on January 1st, the payment deadline is 23:59 on January 6th. Please note that a fee of ¥190 will be charged. *If we are unable to confirm your payment by the deadline, your order will be cancelled.
*For those paying by bank transfer, we will prepare the product as soon as we confirm the transfer of the payment. Therefore, please allow plenty of time for the date and time of receipt. Please transfer the money to the bank account below. Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

-Shipping and handling fees-
The shipping fees listed in the table below for different regions and delivery methods will apply. The delivery company will be Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. The prefecture allocation of Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. will also be applied to the delivery region. Discounts on shipping fees will be applied depending on the total order amount (by type of delivery method). Please refer to the color in the table at the top.

*We usually ship within 1 to 5 days after receiving your order.
* Since the "Hikyaku Yu-Packet" mail delivery service is delivered via the post office, it takes at least 5 to 7 days to be delivered, and at most 7 to 14 days. In addition, the tracking number will be reflected from the point where Sagawa Express delivers the package to Japan Post. In accordance with postal laws, delivery will take about 3 days longer than the delivery time for regular mail. If the delivery address is far away or on a remote island, it may take longer.
* For frozen or refrigerated products, depending on the situation of the shipping company or aircraft (such as when flights are reduced due to a typhoon), from the standpoint of food hygiene, we will wait until normal delivery is possible. We will send the product in a fresh state.
* If you purchase products that cannot be shipped together because they are room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen, they will be shipped in separate packages. In that case, the shipping fee for regular/cool mixed shipping will apply.
* Depending on the number of items purchased and the combination, the shipping size may be significantly larger and may not meet the above conditions. In such cases, we will contact you.
*If you would like gift wrapping, please purchase "Wrapping".
*Apparel and other fabric products cannot be sent by refrigerated delivery. Therefore, they will be delivered by a different delivery method. Thank you for your understanding.

-Returns and exchanges-
In the following circumstances, we will only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on this website. Please be careful not to make any mistakes when ordering, as we cannot accept changes or cancellations of orders after they have been confirmed.
We take every precaution in product quality control and shipping, but please check the contents of the product immediately after it arrives. If you would like to return or exchange a defective product (stained, damaged) or the wrong product, or if there is a shortage or non-delivery of an item, please check the delivery note and contact us via the "Inquiry Form" within 7 days of receiving the product. After checking the details, we will promptly return, exchange, or resend the product at our expense.
