ROASTERY is located on the second floor of the store and is separated by glass windows, commonly known as the "Lab." This is where all of the sweets , bread , donuts , ice cream, and other products sold at Zhivago are made. Just like a sweets laboratory, craftsmen gather here, researching every day, and create products with all their heart, so that customers can experience something that goes beyond delicious.

It's not just delicious. We make products from scratch that will leave you satisfied from the moment you eat them until after you've finished eating them. Cakes, homemade granola snacks and sweets, burger patties, and breads lined up in the roastery. Why not try one of them with our coffee? Experience the supreme taste that you can't understand until you try it.

The flagship Roastery store, as well as cakes and granola, which is recommended as a souvenir, are all made in the lab, so the lab is the largest and most central kitchen, which can be called the "central kitchen" for the whole of Zhivago. When staff are carrying large items on their bicycles, they may be going back and forth between each store and the lab.

With the desire to provide safe and enjoyable food for everyone from children to adults, we are particular about everything from selecting ingredients to planning, using ingredients from the prefecture as much as possible, creating recipes, making prototypes, and manufacturing, and we take our time carefully examining each process.
