Zhyvago Coffee Roastery has been purchasing Ethiopian natural process coffee every year since it first opened. This season, we selected this lot from the Guji region, which stood out at the pre-shipment sample stage for its sweetness and the flavors of fresh red and yellow fruits.

The coffee is lightly roasted to bring out the vibrant fruitiness characteristic of The Ethiopia, which is condensed in the harsh environment at an altitude of over 2,200 meters. However, compared to regular light roasts, the roast is stopped at a slightly darker level, so you can enjoy a balanced flavor with a sweet base.
